Victor Ongoma and Portia Williams call on all nations to remain committed to the Paris Agreements towards “a fair, equitable, robust responses to climate change”. The authors indicate that African countries contribute the least to greenhouse emission but support adaptation and mitigation initiatives to mitigate the effects of climate change.
